Reservations & Planning
Reservations may be made at no cost to secure your preferred date. Once your booking is submitted, a member of our team will contact you to coordinate the details of your experience, including location (based on your stay), occasion, and your desired level of privacy and ambiance.
No additional charge for children under 12. We just need notification to apply for an accurate beach permit.
Games and Activities come with the Family Game Night and Group/Corporate Event Picnics.
All picnics can have unlimited additional guests. Picnics typically include 2 guests. Family Game Night, Group/Corporate Event, and Micro Wedding Reception Picnics include 4 guests. We MUST know how many guests to expect, even children under 12 for the City and County of Honolulu Commercial Beach Permit for the event.
After finalizing your selections, including any add-ons or customizations, you will receive a Statement of Work outlining the full details of your personalized beachfront picnic experience.
Payment Terms
Upon acceptance of the Statement of Work, a 50% deposit invoice will be issued to officially confirm and reserve your date. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled event are eligible for a deposit refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
For cancellations made between 8–13 days prior, deposits may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.
We understand that plans may change and are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. With adequate notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
As our experiences take place outdoors, weather conditions may occasionally impact your event. In the case of inclement weather (including high winds or rain), we will work with you to reschedule your experience or offer an alternative solution to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
