Build your picnic in the booking form and either request your date free — we confirm availability within 24 hours — or reserve immediately with a 50% deposit. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
Packages start at $999 (Kai) for up to 8 guests, $1,499 (Nani, with photography) and $1,999 (Aliʻi, with photography and live music). Additional guests $49; kids under 12 free. From an intimate two to groups of 25+. Packages are priced for up to eight guests, with additional guests at $49 each — kids under 12 are free.
The 50% deposit secures your date. We're happy to reschedule due to weather — we'll always work with you to find a beautiful day. Luxe Aloha Society tickets are transferable anytime and movable to a future gathering with 7 days' notice.
Yes — every package includes a Hawaiian charcuterie grazing board and premium dessert, with island juices and chilled waters. Add extra charcuterie, dessert trays and more in the booking form.
BYOB is welcome, subject to applicable park rules. The Luxe Aloha Society includes a craft mixologist bar cart with fresh local ingredients (21+ for alcoholic drinks).
Hawaiʻi showers are usually brief and local. We monitor conditions, communicate early, and reschedule when weather can't be worked around — your deposit moves with your date.
Our monthly oceanfront supper club — every third Saturday, 6–8 PM, with limited seating ($149 + GET). Lei welcome, craft bar cart, Hawaiian bites, live music and professional photos. See the Society page.

Yes — Oahu Paradise Picnic LLC is fully insured and permitted, and certificates are available to venues and planners on request.
