Dinner on the Lawn, Fireworks Over the Water
Every Friday night, a fireworks show blooms over the water off Waikiki — a free island tradition since 1988, launched near the Hilton Hawaiian Village and best seen from the point at Magic Island. On select Fridays, we set your private picnic right there: rugs and low tables, candlelight, florals, a Hawaiian grazing board and dessert, timed so you're settled in with a drink when the first shell goes up around 7:45 PM.
It's a favorite for couples, birthdays, visiting families, and anyone who wants the postcard Hawaiʻi evening without planning a thing. Add the optional photography session and you'll take the whole night home with you.
The fireworks are an independent public show — we don't operate it, we just give you the best seat on the island. Show schedules can change and the display is weather-permitting.
